ViperTech utilizes a third-party service to collect and process payment information; therefore, ViperTech does not directly collect or store payment card information provided for the Services, but it may receive information used to process payment, such as your billing details.   

Communications with Us. When you reach out to us by phone or text, sign up for our newsletter, communicate with us, and/or schedule Services with us, we will collect your name, service and/or home address, email address, and phone number.  We may record telephone calls between you and our representatives for training and quality assurance purposes.   

Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.

Log Files

VT Mobile Pressure Washing follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
